Since its inception in 2006, FxPro has enjoyed rapid growth in its geographical coverage in over 170 countries worldwide. They are regarded as one of the leading Forex brokers. Despite their massive success over the past 15 years, FxPro has recorded many withdrawal complaints from clients who have made attempts to withdraw funds from their forex trading account. Customer reviews over the years have come from both positive and negative ends.

This has been recurrent at FxPro, considering their support page on many withdrawal problems their customers have experienced with them in the past. Some of the issues discussed here can also be found in sites similar to this due to the need for solutions from many people who use FxPro. FxPro has been in operation long enough to solve some of these existing problems, contributing to their long-standing presence in the Brokers market. Most of the withdrawal challenges that its customers experience can be seen in the pictures below.

From the first complaint (picture 1), we can see that the customer had a credit card withdrawal issue. The second picture shows the customer’s complaint about their excessive restrictions on their withdrawal process. Similarly, the third and fourth appear as the second. They all are centered on restrictions in withdrawing funds from their FxPro account, but the fourth picture shows success after following due process. Some of these restrictions were experienced due to restructuring the company system (from NorthFinance to FxPro, as indicated in Picture 3). After the change, many processes were adjusted alongside, thereby making it difficult for customers to withdraw. Despite these problems that traders have encountered on this platform, there are some positive reviews, as we can see in:

The image above (picture 5) shows successful withdrawal. After discovering the problem stopping the refund, the customer stated a bank issue was rectified in the US; FxPro credited the bank account with the requested amount.

The customer support has notwithstanding been very effective in attending to customer needs, especially during the withdrawal processes.

The picture shows a positive review from someone familiar with FxPro. And in her comment, she included links to their customer support.

Common Withdrawal Issues

1. What should I do after placing a withdrawal request?

Bank Transfer

After making your withdrawal request, you are required to wait for the time frame of 5 working days, during which you will be able to receive your funds. If, after this period, you haven’t received your funds, you can contact their Client Accounting Department, and you will be given a Swift Copy.

Card Transaction

The credit card withdrawal waiting process typically lasts a maximum of 10 days, after which you are required to contact their Client Accounting Department to be given an ARN number.

2. How does the Bank Wire withdrawal method work?

Note that the Bank wire withdrawal option is only available to you after completing previous withdrawals using a Credit card, PayPal, and Skrill within six months before the Bank Wire withdrawal is made. Once the above requirement is satisfied, you can now process your withdrawal using Bank Wire.

3. How long does the withdrawal process take?

The Client Accounting Department processes all withdrawal requests within 24hrs, and sometimes, your withdrawal could be processed within a few hours after the request is made. However, withdrawal processes apply to only working hours, and if it is requested outside the usual working hours, the withdrawal will be executed in the next working day.

4. When will my withdrawal reach my bank account?

The duration for each withdrawal method differs. For card withdrawals, it takes a timeframe of 5-7 working days. Local bank transfers take a maximum of 2 days. Local bank transfers, SEPA, and E-wallet transfers often reach the destination within the same working day. International Bank Wire transfers or withdrawals last within 3-5 working days after the withdrawal request has been accepted.

5. What should I do if my card has been canceled?

It is worthy of note that your bank will usually allow some types of transactions to occur even after your card has been canceled. Withdrawal is also part of these types of transactions, and it lasts for a minimum of 6 months. This allows you the opportunity to withdraw funds to the exact card used in the deposit initially, though the card can be canceled. Funds received via the account connected to this already canceled card will be linked to the new card that has been secured. In the case of having a closed bank account, proof of account closure will be required from you by the accounting department using this link [email protected]

6. What withdrawal methods are available?

Due to the policy of FxPro, when you deposit with a card within six months after funding, withdrawal is required with this same method first before using any other form. This means that if you use your credit card to deposit funds into your account, you should use your credit card to withdraw funds from your account within six months. This is applicable even if you have used other methods during deposit/funding. Likewise, you should do the same with PayPal and Skrill. After using the three methods earlier mentioned, you will now be allowed to use other refund methods like E-wallet and Bank Wire.

7. What Should You Do Amid Withdrawal Challenges?

Suppose you encounter withdrawal problems and you can’t get a solution through the platform’s support, you can reach out to FxPro Customer care service via email or call to speak to a Customer Support personnel via this line: +357 25 969 222, or using their toll-free numbers (for respective countries), Call Back facilities, Live Chat service, etc. More of this information is listed on the FxPro’s Contact Us page.
